• be Internet-driven for web and/or mobile
• have competitive advantages in a rapidly expanding market
• create customer value

• be talented and get things done
• have been working on the product for less than two years
• have at least one developer working in or near Zurich
• pursue the product development as its main activity

• be less than CHF 100’000 for the initial investment
• be compensated with an equity option
